
This is one of David's favorite purslane recipes. It's super refreshing, amazingly easy to throw together, and you can substitute the melon with what you've got available.
Purslane (use the leaves - remove from stems)
Basil
French Breakfast Radish
Spring Onion
Galia Melon
Salt + Pepper
Buffalo Mozzarella
Dress with Apple Cider Vinegar and Olive Oil. Voila! A simple and delicious summer salad.
